HealthCruit emerged from a critical need in the American healthcare landscape. Over the past few years, the escalating demand for in-home care, fueled by an ageing population and the exorbitant cost of long-term facilities, has left many families grappling with the difficult decision of placing their loved ones in assisted living or nursing homes.
Recognizing this pressing issue, a collective of seasoned healthcare professionals from diverse sectors came together to forge a solution that would alleviate the financial burden of home care while ensuring high-quality service.
Driven by a shared passion for improving the lives of seniors and their families, HealthCruit was born. Our dedication to the community embodies the very foundation of our organization, and we remain steadfast in our mission to empower families and provide exceptional care to those who have given so much.
How to Book for a Caregiver
Step by Step Guide
Book a FREE Consultation and enrol in our membership services. Be sure to answer every question on the form. This information is crucial to your eligibility to enrol.
Once your membership is approved, we will then match you with a few caregivers who best suit your care plan. From there, we will set up 2 virtual meetings between you and the caregiver. A team member will be present to ensure all of your questions and concerns are answered.
Evaluate whether or not you are satisfied with the services the caregiver is rendering. This step will include our signed care contract that confirms and solidifies our agreement to render services. We will discuss pricing options and the length of your services.
This step is one of the most important steps of the process, and that is choosing a caregiver. At HealthCruit we give recipients the autonomy to choose exactly who will be rendering care.
Yay! You’ve made it to the final step. You are finally receiving 24 hr live-in care services arranged through HealthCruit, but are you happy with your decision? Without personal biases, assess the performance of the live-in caregiver and determine whether or not they are a right fit for you.
